Happy Acres U-Pick

Happy Acres U-Pick has been locally owned and operated by the Veroba family for over 9 years. Visit there farm and enjoy 7 acres of chemical-free fruits and vegetables. Happy Acres is open from the end of May until the end of September, Wednesdays to Sundays. Complete your outting by making use of their picnic area, playhouse, playground equipment and trampoline for the kids! Happy Aces also has a large variety of farm animals including chickens, turkeys, exotic birds, rabbits, miniature horses and donkeys and Cricket the talking Cockatoo.

Roy’s Raspberries

Roy’s a family operated business where you’ll find over 20 acres to pick from. Enjoy ten varieties of red and two varieties of golden raspberries – I bet you didn’t know there were that many varieties of raspberries! If don’t have the time to pick, are unable to pick or simply in a pinch you can call ahead and inquire about their offering of pre-picked berries. Roy’s is open daily from mid-July to Labour Day.

Saskatoon Valley Orchards

Walk among the Saskatoon and cherry trees at Saskatoon Valley! Open daily from 10am to 6pm, you can pick a variety of Saskatoon berries as well as Evans and sour cherries, seasonally. They also offer some frozen products available for purchase, call ahead to inquire about these.

The Grove Berry Patch

The Grove Berry Patch (whose lovely berries are pictured at the top of the page) is owned and operated by the Jones family. They offer 20 acres of Saskatoon berries and garden produce to choose from as well as 1 acre of raspberries, black currants, high bush cranberries and vegetables. This facility is wheelchair accessible and the Jones’ welcome visitors of all ages and picking abilities to help with the harvest. They are open 9am to 6pm throughout the summer with extended hours til dusk during Saskatoon season. The Grove also offers a selection of pre-picked frozen berries and veggies. The Jones encourage you to call ahead to ask about the readiness of produce and availability of picking.
